What are the questions you hear most often from your customers about your custom apparel and keepsake items?
The questions we hear most often revolve around our Refund Policy, guidance on how to properly wash your custom products to ensure longevity, and inquiries about pricing and overall cost.
Can you explain the steps a customer takes to order a custom item or apparel from you, from start to finish?
The process begins with you providing all the necessary details and any reference photos you might have. Once full payment is received, I will create a mock-up of your design. After you provide written approval of the mock-up, I proceed with printing and pressing your item. Finally, I will either drop it off or ship it directly to you.
What should customers know about returning or exchanging an item they've purchased from you?
Please note that all sales are final. However, if there is any mistake made on our part, we will gladly correct it free of charge.
How do you handle shipping for your products? Are there different options or things customers should be aware of?
Your items are carefully packed with the appropriate materials to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We use USPS for all shipments. Additionally, we offer free shipping on orders totaling $100 or more before taxes and fees.
